Water filters

The water coming from the pelletizer (or from other utilities) is sent to the filtering and cleaning unit. This cleaner, equipped with single or double spreader, discharges water with plastic impurities into the filtering surface of the viscose no-woven fabric roll.
When the level of the liquid increases in the water discharge area due to the large quantity of impurities settled, a sensor sends an electric impulse to a geared motor which feeds the clogged fabric and replaces it with a clean one. In such a way a new filtering and cleaning cycle starts automatically. The filtered water falls into the collecting tank and then it is sucked by an electropump and sent first into an plate heat exchanger to be cooled down and then directly into the pelletizing chamber (or other utilities). A level indicator (max-min) restores and keeps water to the requested level by means of an electrically controlled pneumatic valve. Exhausted fabric collecting tank.
